What it funds
Software costs for a pre-approved CRM, capped at 12 months and a S$5,000 cost cap. Up to 50% for SMEs, 30% for non-SMEs.
EDGE supports a CRM licence from the official list, up to a fixed cost cap. What that cap means for an SME, what it buys and what it leaves out, checked 28 October 2026.
Understand how this grant can help you build a stronger digital transformation strategy and where Admiral Systems can take the complexity out of the application.
Software costs for a pre-approved CRM, capped at 12 months and a S$5,000 cost cap. Up to 50% for SMEs, 30% for non-SMEs.
Singapore companies at least 30% locally owned, buying a CRM listed on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital, with nothing signed or paid yet.
We scope and build what the licence does not cover: data model, integrations and reporting. You apply yourself; our price is unchanged.
Everything you need to decide whether EDGE is right for your business, in one place.
Registered and operating in Singapore; at least 30% owned by Singaporeans or Singapore PRs (ultimate individual ownership); no work started or payment made before you submit; not previously applied for support for this solution; the CRM must be used in Singapore.
You need a quotation from an IMDA pre-approved vendor and a one-year projection of cost savings. Your own staff apply, with your company's Corppass.
Find a vendor and solution on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital platform and get their quotation.
Build the matching package on SMEs Go Digital and confirm it through Corppass to get a package reference ID.
Submit on the Business Grants Portal with the reference ID. The published outcome time is one week.
Use the CRM, pay in full, then claim with a photo of the software and its unique identifier.
Yes, but only for the licence, and only a little. EDGE's CRM activity supports software costs for a pre-approved CRM up to a S$5,000 cost cap, so the most an SME can receive is S$2,500 and a non-SME S$1,500 (CRM activity page, checked 28 October 2026).
That is useful if a licence is what you need. It is not a way to fund a CRM project. Below is what the cap buys, what it leaves out, and how to tell which you are planning.
The support levels are maximums. Only your Letter of Offer confirms your amount. The CRM is not in the 70% group; that level applies only to internationalisation and sustainability activities.
Most CRM budgets are mostly not the licence. This is the split we use when we scope a CRM with a client.
What the CRM grant can cover
What it does not cover
Enterprise Singapore's FAQ answers the integration question directly: data migration and integration costs are set by the IMDA SMEs Go Digital package, and "additional costs such as professional services costs may be supported as part of the solution package where they are assessed to be meaningful" (EDGE FAQ). Anything outside the package is outside the grant.
Your company must be registered and operating in Singapore, be at least 30% owned by Singaporeans or Singapore PRs (by ultimate individual ownership), and must not have started work or paid any deposit before you submit. The CRM must be used or implemented in Singapore. You must still meet the rules when you claim.
You apply yourself, on the Business Grants Portal, with your company's Corppass. Enterprise Singapore states that third parties may not apply for or manage the grant on your behalf. That includes the CRM vendor and it includes us.
If the CRM is one piece of a project that connects sales, marketing and operations systems, the CRM tool grant may be the wrong lens. Enterprise Singapore's Large-scale Digital Transformation activity asks for integration or standardisation across systems "such as business, sales, and procurement", measurable impact, and a three-year projection. It is up to 50% for SMEs; its cap and outcome time are not published. Whether a given build fits is decided by the assessing officer, not by a vendor.
We plan and build CRM, marketing automation and customer data systems for Singapore companies. On a CRM project we usually do the work listed under "What it does not cover" above. If you use the CRM tool grant for the licence, our work is planned and paid for separately; a grant never changes our price, and our Blueprint (from S$8,000) and managed services are never part of an application or claim.
If your company does not meet the 30% rule, or you need the CRM working this quarter, funding it yourself is faster than waiting for a grant cycle. A Sandbox, from S$3,500, can start straight away.
Admiral Systems is not associated with Enterprise Singapore or IMDA. Figures were checked on 28 October 2026 against the linked pages, which always take precedence.
