Growth has stalled
Your positioning is unclear and the pipeline is up and down.
The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) is a Singapore government scheme that can cover part of a business transformation project. Most owners assume it is a paperwork nightmare. Four questions will tell you where you stand.
Most companies get stuck on the same question: which project first, and is any of it grant-supported?
Your positioning is unclear and the pipeline is up and down.
Reporting is manual and nobody quite trusts the numbers.
Key tasks still live in spreadsheets and inboxes.
New systems arrive without training, so old habits return.
A grant needs a real project behind it. Here is the work we take on.
The EDG is a government scheme run by Enterprise Singapore. It may support part of the cost of an approved project that helps your business upgrade, improve, or expand.
Projects that strengthen the business itself: strategy, brand and marketing, finance, and people.
Projects that improve how work gets done: better processes, automation, and new products.
Projects that help you sell in a new market, including setting up overseas.
Agree the goals, deliverables, timeline, and costs with us first.
You submit the application through the Business Grants Portal.
If approved, the letter sets the scope, the costs covered, and the dates.
You pay for the work as normal, then claim approved costs afterwards. It is a reimbursement, not a discount.
You apply. We scope it so it can be submitted, and we support the application. We do not submit on your behalf and nobody legitimate will offer to.
Enterprise Singapore sets the rules and can change them. In general, you need all three of these before your project is assessed.
The grant is run by Enterprise Singapore for companies registered and operating here.
You need to have sufficient funds available to pay for the entire project upfront.
You need a defined project with real deliverables, dates, and outcomes.
A quick guide to the three main schemes. Each agency sets its own rules, and they change from time to time.
| Scheme | Best for | What it covers | Where we fit |
|---|---|---|---|

| MRAMarket Readiness Assistance | Smaller firms entering a new overseas market | Overseas promotion, business development, and market set-up | Can run alongside an EDG project |
