What it funds
A pre-approved digital marketing package from an IMDA vendor, within a S$10,000 cost cap. Up to 50% for SMEs, 30% for non-SMEs.
EDGE supports a digital marketing package from the official list, up to a fixed cost cap. Ad spend, ad fees and influencer fees never count. Checked 28 October 2026.

A pre-approved digital marketing package from an IMDA vendor, within a S$10,000 cost cap. Up to 50% for SMEs, 30% for non-SMEs.
Singapore companies at least 30% locally owned, not home-based, with no vendor signed or paid before applying.
We build the tracking, data and automation behind campaigns, which the package does not fund. You apply yourself.
Everything you need to decide whether EDGE is right for your business, in one place.
Registered and operating in Singapore; at least 30% owned by Singaporeans or Singapore PRs (ultimate individual ownership); not a home-based business; no work started or payment made before you submit; not previously applied for support for this solution.
You need a quotation from an IMDA pre-approved digital marketing vendor and a one-year cost-savings projection. Your own staff apply with your company's Corppass.
Pick a pre-approved digital marketing vendor and package on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital and get the quotation.
Build the matching package on SMEs Go Digital and confirm it through Corppass for a reference ID.
Submit on the Business Grants Portal. The published outcome time is one week.
Complete the package, pay the vendor in full, then claim with the deliverables. Ad spend stays your cost throughout.
An SME can receive up to 50% of a pre-approved digital marketing package, on a cost cap of S$10,000, so at most S$5,000. A non-SME can receive up to 30%, at most S$3,000 (Digital Marketing activity page, checked 28 October 2026). Ad spend never counts toward it.
This is the activity that replaced the PSG digital marketing packages. The cap is lower than many vendor pages imply, and the rate is 50%, not 70%.
All figures are upper limits. Only your Letter of Offer confirms your support.
The Enterprise Singapore page lists only GST and maintenance as non-supported. The longer list sits in IMDA's guide for vendors offering digital marketing packages (IMDA pre-approval guide, checked 28 October 2026). It excludes:
IMDA is explicit that advertising can be part of the package, but its cost "shall be borne by SME". If a vendor quotes a package where the media budget appears to be co-funded, ask them to show you which line the grant covers.
IMDA expects a pre-approved package to cover a needs analysis, a strategy, at least two campaigns, the digital assets for them, and a performance review with handover. In other words, a short, defined engagement with a start and end, not an open-ended retainer.
All Automation and Digitalisation projects combined count toward S$30,000 a year, inside the S$100,000 a year company cap, both resetting on 1 April (EDGE FAQ). Selected single-function solutions are limited to one application per UEN, and the activity page requires that you have not applied for support for this solution before.
A pre-approved package quotation should let you see three things on one page: the package price that the grant applies to, any advertising budget shown separately as your own cost, and the deliverables you will need at claim. If the media budget is blended into the package price, or the quotation is dated and signed before you apply, ask for it to be reissued. A signed quotation with a deposit paid makes the application retrospective.
Your company must be registered and operating in Singapore, be at least 30% owned by Singaporeans or Singapore PRs (by ultimate individual ownership), not be home-based, and must not have signed, paid or started anything with the vendor before you submit.
You apply yourself on the Business Grants Portal with your company's Corppass. Enterprise Singapore states that third-party companies may not apply for or manage the grant on your behalf, so a marketing agency cannot submit it for you.
A two-campaign package rarely touches the systems that decide whether marketing pays back: conversion tracking you can trust, a CRM that receives the leads, attribution that finance accepts, and automation that follows up. Those are implementation work, not campaign work, and they sit outside this activity.
We are not a campaign agency and we do not sell digital marketing packages. We plan and build the martech behind campaigns: tracking, data, CRM and automation. If you take a digital marketing package from a pre-approved vendor, our work is separate, scoped and paid for on its own. A grant never changes our price, and our Blueprint (from S$8,000) and managed growth services are never part of an application or claim.
If your company does not meet the 30% rule, or you need tracking fixed before next month's spend, funding it yourself is faster. A Sandbox, from S$3,500, starts without a grant timeline.
