What it funds
Software for a pre-approved online shop, multichannel e-commerce or GenAI content tool. S$5,000 cost cap each; up to 50% for SMEs.
EDGE supports online shop, multichannel e-commerce and generative AI content tools from the official list, each with its own cost cap. The caps, checked 28 October 2026, and the integration work outside them.
Understand how this grant can help you build a stronger digital transformation strategy and where Admiral Systems can take the complexity out of the application.
Software for a pre-approved online shop, multichannel e-commerce or GenAI content tool. S$5,000 cost cap each; up to 50% for SMEs.
Singapore companies at least 30% locally owned, buying from an IMDA pre-approved vendor, with nothing signed or paid yet.
We connect the shop or tool to your CRM, data and automation. You apply yourself; a grant never changes our price.
Everything you need to decide whether EDGE is right for your business, in one place.
Registered and operating in Singapore; at least 30% owned by Singaporeans or Singapore PRs (ultimate individual ownership); no work started or payment made before you submit; not previously applied for support for this solution; used in Singapore.
Each tool is a separate application. You need a pre-approved vendor quotation and a one-year cost-savings projection; your own staff apply with your company's Corppass.
Choose a pre-approved solution on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital and get the vendor's quotation.
Build the matching package on SMEs Go Digital and confirm it through Corppass for a reference ID.
Submit one application per activity on the Business Grants Portal. The outcome time is one week.
Use the tool, pay in full, then claim with a photo of the software and its unique identifier.
EDGE supports three e-commerce and content tools as single-function digital solutions: an online shop (B2C), multichannel e-commerce software, and generative AI marketing and sales content generation. Each has a S$5,000 cost cap, so at most S$2,500 for an SME and S$1,500 for a non-SME, with a one-week outcome (Enterprise Singapore activity pages, checked 28 October 2026).
These are licences for pre-approved tools. They do not fund a store build, a platform migration or the integration that makes the tool useful.
On all three, the supported cost is software, capped at 12 months; GST and maintenance are not supported; the project must be finished within 18 months of approval; and the tool must be used in Singapore. The deliverable at claim is a photo of the deployed software and its unique identifier, such as a licence number or user ID.
Support levels are maximums. Your Letter of Offer is the only confirmation.
All Automation and Digitalisation projects combined share a S$30,000 a year sub-cap inside the S$100,000 a year company cap, resetting on 1 April. Selected single-function solutions are limited to one application per UEN (EDGE FAQ). If you use EDGE for a CRM and a loyalty tool as well, the shop and the GenAI tool draw on the same S$30,000.
A shop or a content tool on its own rarely changes revenue. The work that does is usually outside the activity:
Enterprise Singapore's FAQ says integration and data migration costs follow the IMDA SMEs Go Digital package, and professional services "may be supported as part of the solution package where they are assessed to be meaningful". Work outside the package is outside the grant.
If you are replacing commerce, CRM and back-office systems together, look at Large-scale Digital Transformation. It requires measurable impact, modern technologies and integration across systems such as business, sales and procurement. It is up to 50% for SMEs; its cap and outcome time are not published, and fit is decided by the assessing officer.
Your company must be registered and operating in Singapore, be at least 30% owned by Singaporeans or Singapore PRs (by ultimate individual ownership), and must not have started work or paid any supplier before you submit. You must not have applied for support for the same solution before.
You apply yourself on the Business Grants Portal, with your company's Corppass. Enterprise Singapore does not allow vendors or other third parties to apply for or manage the grant on your behalf.
We plan and build the systems that connect a shop or content tool to the rest of the business: data, CRM, automation and measurement. If you take a tool grant for the licence, our work is scoped and paid for separately. A grant never changes our price, and our Blueprint (from S$8,000) and managed growth services are never part of an application or claim.
If your company does not meet the 30% rule, or the store has to launch before a grant cycle would finish, self-funding is faster. A Sandbox, from S$3,500, proves one integration first.
Admiral Systems is not associated with Enterprise Singapore or IMDA. Figures were checked on 28 October 2026; the linked official pages always take precedence.
